Price Match Guarantee
We offer a 24-hour Price Match Guarantee on identical flight itineraries found on a Major OTA Competitor’s website, subject to conditions.

Mileage Accrual and Rewards
Mileage accrual may not be applicable for all fare types. Contact your travel advisor for clarification.

Limitation of Liability

Cancellation and Refund Policy

No-show Policy
Tickets labeled as “no-show” are not eligible for protection, refund, or exchange unless rescheduled in time.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our customer service team. A hospitalization certificate is required for medical claims. Refunds typically process in 2–4 weeks, depending on airline timelines.
Hospitalization Coverage
Under Go Traveloinc Ticket Protection, a 100% refund is available for fully unused tickets if the traveler is hospitalized during the departure time and submits proper documentation.
Free-of-Charge Exchange
Partially used tickets may be exchanged at no cost under the same protection plan if hospitalization occurs at return time and proof is provided.
Policy Details
Ticket Protection becomes non-refundable after 24 hours. Changing your itinerary voids coverage, although it may be reinstated at a discounted rate.
Missed Trip Departure
If you miss your departure due to weather or airline-caused delays, Go Traveloinc will rebook your ticket for free, subject to booking class availability.
Baggage Mishandling
Our protection includes up to $1000 per undelivered bag mishandled by airline staff.
Ticket Delivery
All tickets are delivered electronically to the email used during booking.
Payment Information
We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. Transactions are securely verified.
Limitations of Liability
Information on the Website may be subject to change and is not guaranteed. Go Traveloinc acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers.
Waiver of Claims

For international travel, either the Warsaw or Montreal Conventions may apply, which limit liability for death, injury, baggage loss, and delays.
